Plans Matrix — SolutionsCRM & ERP feature comparison
Plans matrix · v3 · Released May 2026

Every feature, every plan, in one honest table.

No marketing fluff — the same data our quota engine reads at runtime. Pick by what your team actually does, not by what a logo on a slide promises.

Two pillars, one codebase

Pick the pillar that matches the work your team does day-to-day. Cross-pillar features (Drive, Helpdesk, BI) unlock as you scale.

CRM — sales-first

For teams whose job is winning deals. Lead, contact, deal, quotation, Sales Order. Standard CRM and Pro CRM also include light invoicing — great for service businesses, agencies, consultants.

  • Pipeline + deal stages + SLA
  • Quotation → Sales Order → Invoice
  • Subscription billing (Pro)
  • No warehouse / no purchasing / no MFG
From £9 / user / month

ERP — operational-first

For teams who move physical things: inventory, purchase orders, manufacturing, HR, fleet. Start ERP is the bridge tier (operations core, no HR/MFG/Quality yet); Standard ERP is the full SMB pack; Pro ERP removes the ceilings entirely.

  • Inventory + Purchase Order + Supplier
  • Manufacturing + BOM + Job Card (Std+)
  • HR + Payroll + Attendance (Std+)
  • Plant Floor MES + AI predictive (Pro)
From £39 / user / month

Locked features stay visible — never hidden

If a module isn’t part of your plan we don’t wall you off from your data. List views, form views, search, reports and exports keep working. Only save / submit / amend / cancel is paused, with a soft banner pointing to the upgrade path. Your historical records, attachments and audit trail remain readable on every plan — including downgrades.

Frequently asked questions

The honest answers, no marketing weasel words.

What happens if I hit a quota mid-month?
The relevant module flips to read-only preview for that DocType. Everything you already created stays editable and reportable; only new records are paused. A soft banner in the form shows the limit and the cheapest plan that unlocks it. Upgrade resumes writes within seconds — no data migration required.
Can I downgrade later without losing data?
Yes. Downgrades never delete records. DocTypes outside the new plan stay accessible in read-only preview — you can keep reading, exporting and printing them indefinitely. You only lose the ability to create / modify records in modules that aren’t in your new plan.
Why does Pro CRM not include Purchase Orders or warehouses?
Pro CRM is intentionally sales-first. Heavy operational ERP (purchasing, warehouses, manufacturing, HR) lives in the ERP pillar, starting at Start ERP (£39). If your team needs both pillars together, Standard ERP at £79 includes everything from Pro CRM plus the full operational stack with realistic SMB ceilings.
Is the matrix really the source of truth for runtime gating?
Yes. The same Markdown file you’re looking at is parsed by our compiler and pushed to every tenant as SaaS Plan Quota rows. The runtime resolve_doctype_access() helper reads those rows on every save. No hidden flags, no sales-rep magic.
How does the yearly discount work?
Pay annually and get 18% off the monthly price on every paid tier. Discount is applied per user, so the savings scale with your team. You can switch monthly ↔ yearly at any renewal point.
Where do I see exact API rate limits or storage breakdowns?
The matrix above lists every quantified limit. System-level quotas (API calls per day, emails per month, custom DocTypes, storage) are at the end of the table, grouped under System Limits. Need a custom enterprise contract with higher caps? Talk to sales →
